However, field reports and Cellfie's own terms show a harsh validity model — 90 days of inactivity triggers a 0.50 GEL daily subscription fee until the balance hits zero, and the line drops as soon as it does — plus roaming behavior that makes it unusable as an overseas SMS-receiving backup number.
Cellfie Mobile LLC (identification code 204450584, Bambis Rigi 8, Tbilisi) runs its own national network in Georgia. The consumer buy flow is fully online: cellfie.ge → Buy Number → eSIM, with QR activation standard iOS/Android. Local tariffs: Mini 7 GEL (1.5 GB), Pro 17 GEL (7 GB), Maxi 25 GEL (20 GB) per month.
